sister_luckbut first there's marking (and yes, I'll have a break when the Australia-England game is on) and I might not be able to watch the big game tonight. Our German sports channel is only showing the afternoon match - I guess there's just not enough interest in rugby in Germany and they've got more important things to broadcast tonight (as if!).

You're not TF1 and you're still showing the game - and on our regular cable no less.
We're watching it with the commentary turned off (we're fairly ignorant of the rules anyway and then in French we'd be completely lost) but are instead listening to Queens of the Stone Age. Which is an amazingly good fit, because of the dynamics and the changes in pace.
Sorry that it's not going great at the moment for you (half-time here)...

Date: 2007-10-08 06:24 pm (UTC)Hm. I'm not knowledgeable on QotSA - maybe it's just called R? It's got the R for an R-rating on it and underneath it says Restricted. According to wikipedia the official title is Rated R and it's the second album.
We have the new one, but were a bit underwhelmed. I can't really give an opinion on it, because I haven't consciously listened to it.
