Old buildings

The small town or rather village were we stayed is situated on a hill and picturesque in a sleepy sort of way. Here's the church:

Date: 2007-09-26 05:28 pm (UTC)That village/town had that very typical clean and picturesque look of German holiday destinations. Everything's scrubbed, people are proud of the flowers in their gardens and on their window sills and so on. Still, there were some little signs like a closed shop that life isn't that easy.
There were people hanging about and I didn't want to have them in the picture and my colleague was keen to walk on, so I had to find an angle without the tourists. I'm sometimes silly that way.
