Adventskranz - the metal variety:
We had a very quiet Christmas Eve, because this year we didn't spend it with family, instead went to see my parents on Christmas Day.
We didn't have an elaborate dinner, but opted for the Kartoffelsalat und Würstchen tradition, potato salad and plain sausages, which can be prepared beforehand.
