Germans unwrap their presents on Christmas Eve, so that definitely qualifies as a favourite thing to do. In the picture you see my dad unwrapping a little paper mouse that the little one made as a gift for his grandparents. It's good that he explained to them what it was because it's just a piece of paper bunched up and glued together. Naturally they loved it.
