Capturing December: Day 22

This is a Christmas pyramid from the Erzgebirge - the area in the Eastern part of Germany that my maternal grandmother hails from. The pyramid you see here isn't a family heirloom though: I found it at a charity sale and I just couldn't resist. It comes in its original GDR box and the Expertic label tells me it's not older than 1968, but I suspect it is much younger, probably from the 1980s.
