Up and Down.

A week ago I was walking up a hill in splendid summer weather. The sun was shining but we were sheltered by the trees in the forest. Some parts of the path were steep and gravelly and when we finally got to the top we were exhausted. I was sore for a couple of days, but it was worth it.









After admiring the view we walked down again - with a short stop at a Ausflugslokal on the way - and then we came the cultural portion of the trip. But more about that in another post.
