Yellow flowers.
Apr. 7th, 2011 06:41 pmYesterday:

Löwenzahn, translated from the French dent-de-lion, lion's tooth. There are other names, too, referring to the diuretic effect of the roots.
The little one's favourite flower - he's seen a kids' programme in which the seed heads (Pusteblume) feature and the little characters chase after the flying seeds. Now, whenever he sees any kind of yellow flower, he starts blowing. It'll be a few weeks though, until we can blow the little seeds everywhere.
Today:

Buttercup.
Pictures again taken on the school grounds.
