Kitchen happy (Saltimbocca edition).

I feel as though the holidays are getting away from me (it's half time) and I haven't got anything done for school. Also, progress on all things home improvement is slow.
But the time of frozen meals is over and that makes all of us happy. We've had lots of home-cooked food for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the last couple of days, although we did go to a fancy restaurant on Wednesday, as there was something to celebrate.
Here's one of last week's dinners (minus the pasta) and you can also catch a glimpse of the new kitchen - my last post shows part of the opposite wall.

Spinach:

Meat:

and I must say it jumped right into my mouth.
Food by K, photos by me.
