sister_luckHere are five pictures that I took in February representing what's been going on. You can guess that all five are somehow connected to the big move.
(Update on the current situation: The temporary living room is still a mess and I haven't unpacked the remaining four cardboard boxes with clothes. Not having a working kitchen is starting to grate on my nerves. There are four empty rooms downstairs: bare except for the boxes with books in the future kitchen, the remnants of an old bathroom which may or may not become a utility room, and the future living room/dining room(s) . There hasn't been much progress on the kitchen planning. But more on all of that at another time.)
Taken in what is now the office which was finished several days behind schedule. The computers are up and running, the desks are where they are meant to be, but not much else.
Four days before the move it snowed again. Taken in front of the new house.
On moving day the weather turned out fine - probably the warmest day of the year so far. This was me saying goodbye to the river and the skyline.
This doesn't need much explaining.
