Yeah, I get that. Thing is that even with 15- or 16-year-olds the parents get involved, too, which is something I find difficult to get used to. I understand that part of my job is trying to settle differences between the kids and I do take that seriously, but when parents get involved in classroom disputes and display similar behaviour to their children, like shouting at the teachers and blowing things out of proportion, it gets much more difficult.
