The Haus des Lehrers or House of the Teacher in Berlin has its own Wikipedia article. As a building it is pretty nondescript, but I always come back for the mural.



Socialist realism in all its cheerful glory.

It is a fitting picture for today, because after one stressful week in Berlin on a schooltrip and two weeks of much-needed break, I am as of today back at school.
