Sunday update.

I don't find the time for television watching that I could write about, so I fill this blog with trivial pictures. I've started reading books again in the last two weeks, after a drought of months. It helps that the renovations are nearly finished although I've got the feeling that this 'nearly finished' will become a permanent state as new projects come up. Even more helpful is that we've managed to organize our day better - an earlier bed-time for the baby means more time for myself.

As to school - there's quite a lot of talking to parents about their little angel's behaviour coming up - my class is at that age when we need to make an impression and show them we care about discipline and don't allow the breaking of rules. Also, there's some friction with a colleague.

I've swept the yard twice because the maple tree next door is shedding its leaves - one half looks like it's on fire, tinged dark red.

We had wonderful weather this past week, warm, lots of sunshine, a last hoorah before the arrival of grey and dreary days.
