Tired and complaining.

The kitchen is due to arrive tomorrow and is going to be set up in the next two days, but we won't be able to use it, because the other rooms still need lots of work done - including plastering around the door frames and wallpapering and painting and so on. There are no doors.
We've had to fire one of the contractors due to shoddy workmanship and gross incompetence and not keeping to his word.
My parents came over to help us clean and my father managed to do unspeakable things to yet another radiator. Back in November he leaned on one and ripped it off the wall. This time he turned one upside down and was surprised when the small apparatus measuring how much energy you've used started leaking red fluid.
He was suitably sheepish, as was I today after being called on something by a colleague which was embarassingly unprofessional. The underlying motive to my behaviour is both an asset and a character flaw.
The pupils found it difficult to focus - the long weekend and the sudden onset of puberty are not helping.
