1. English: My second language. The subject I teach.
2. Buffy: My first television fandom and the first in which I interacted with other fans. Discussions about LotR during break with some of my nerdier classmates don't count. Also, the reason I got to know most of the folks on my friendslist.
3. Travel: Something I haven't done half as much as I would have wanted. I do enjoy seeing new places and meeting new people. For the time being, I think we'll stay fairly close to home. NZ will have to wait. A trip to the beach in summer is being planned.
4. Moving: Moving day was utter chaos and still everything turned out okay. The annoying thing: Most of the kitchen stuff, almost all of our books are still in boxes, because downstairs is a bloody building-site. Technically, the books can go into the bookcases, but I haven't found the time yet. We're finally getting a kitchen two weeks from now.
5. Music: At the moment music is mostly related to the baby. He loves it when his dad plays the guitar for him and he loves moving along to the beat. Reggae is his favourite. He's the offbeat baby. And I swear he sings along to some songs.
