Kitchen happy (Saltimbocca edition).

I feel as though the holidays are getting away from me (it's half time) and I haven't got anything done for school. Also, progress on all things home improvement is slow.

But the time of frozen meals is over and that makes all of us happy. We've had lots of home-cooked food for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the last couple of days, although we did go to a fancy restaurant on Wednesday, as there was something to celebrate.

Thank you. I think the chicken looks vaguely obscene, but it was indeed very yummy.
