Not in the best frame of mind.
I seem to be a bit of a masochist - watched the red carpet portion of the Oscars on ET (which was rather tedious and why did the Greek tourist board think that sponsoring it would be a good idea?) and fell asleep shortly before the actual ceremony started. Thus I'm running on three and a half hours of sleep which means my mind is going round in circles.
Also, I'm following all those celebrity pregnancies a bit too closely, actively seeking out Angelina Jolie's baby bump pictures. (Escaping pregnant women on the red carpet was impossible.)
Then in other news, an asshole of a German politician has said that the killings of newborns by their (East-German) mothers are directly linked to the fact that abortions were easy to get in the GDR, even going so far as to say that these women see killing their babies as a way of family planning. He has tried to backtrack on it, but he's digging himself deeper into the hole in which he deserves to be buried.
On a slightly more personal note, my period is back. The nurse had told me it would probably take six to eight weeks, while Dr P said it would be four to six weeks. Turns out they were both right. By the way, that's what everyone called him at the hospital - Dr P, because of his long and complicated Greek surname. He was weird.
